Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced SAP S / 4HANA Project Manager to lead our SAP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in SAP, with 5 years as a Project Manager, and a proven track record of delivering successful SAP projects. Experience in chemical or pharma industries is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Management :

  • Lead and manage SAP S / 4HANA implementation projects.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.

2. SAP S / 4HANA Expertise :

  • Strong understanding of SAP S / 4HANA architecture, features, and best practices.
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA implementation, migration, and integration.

    • 3. Team Leadership :

  • Lead cross-functional teams, including SAP consultants, developers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.

    • 4. Stakeholder Management :

  • Manage stakeholder expectations, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors.
  • Ensure stakeholder buy-in and support throughout the project lifecycle.

    • 5. Budget Management :

  • Manage project budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.

    • Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in SAP, with 5 years as a Project Manager.
  • Experience in chemical industry (or pharma industry if not chemical).
  • 3+ SAP implementation projects, with at least 2 as a Project Manager.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules (SD, MM, FICO, etc.).
  • Experience with SAP S / 4HANA implementation, migration, and integration.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • industry-specific SAP solutions (chemical, pharma) .
  • Certification in SAP S / 4HANA or project management (e.g., PMP).
