Inside Sales – Alumni Relations (MBA, 1–3 Years Exp., ₹7–8 LPA)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive alumni engagement through active outreach, networking, and regular communication via calls, emails, and social platforms.
  • Strategically manage the alumni database and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of interactions and opportunities.
  • Support relationship-building by organizing online alumni events, webinars, and networking sessions.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other platforms to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the alumni network.
  • Act as a bridge between alumni and institutional teams, gathering feedback and channeling queries to relevant stakeholders.
  • Achieve monthly targets for engagement and business development initiatives through effective inside sales techniques.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • MBA (full-time) in Business, Marketing, or equivalent from a recognized institute.
  • 1–3 years’ experience in inside sales, business development, or alumni relations.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.G., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn outreach, and data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience in ed-tech, education management, or similar sectors.
  • Experience conducting online events / webinars.
  • Skill in content creation, newsletter coordination, or alumni communications.
  • Compensation

  • Annual CTC : ₹7–8 lakhs, plus performance-based incentives.
