Job descriptionAllocate resources efficiently across multiple projects and prioritize initiatives based on business impact. Manage multiple medium-to-large data science projects simultaneously alongside project partners, adhering to timelines and budget constraints and troubleshooting issues as they arise Technical Consultancy : Offer expert guidance on AI tools, machine learning frameworks, and best practices for data science projects across diverse industries Collaborate closely with the data engineering team to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines, scalable infrastructure, and efficient workflows. Drive the adoption of best practices in data science methodologies, coding standards, and model deployment strategies. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team remains ahead of the curve. Strategic Roadmapping : Help clients develop long-term AI and data science roadmaps, advising on scalability, feasibility, and resource requirements for future initiatives. Stay at the forefront of AI advancements and advocate for innovative solutions that drive value for clients 9+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 11+ years of relevant work experience. 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD 9 years of experience in Data Science roles, with significant experience in a data science consulting capacity. (with minimum 5 years of experience in AI Data Science role) Accredited master's degree in computer science, statistics, econometrics , engineering, or related fields Experience in retail banking, payments, financial services, and / or technology industries Proven hands-on experience in advanced analytics and statistical modelling including linear regression, logistic regression, clustering methods (e.g. K-means), principal components analysis, classification methods (decision trees / gradient boosting machines), Monte Carlo analysis, natural language processing, and other techniques Experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms end-to-end at scale Proficient in AI and machine learning ecosystems such as TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn, and Pytorch, Python, SQL, NoSQL, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience working with large volumes of data (Big Data) : extracting, cleaning and manipulating large datasets using standard tools such as Python / PySpark, R, SQL, Hadoop / Hive, Presto, SAS, etc. Excellent project management, organizational and presentational skills, Excellent communication skills -verbal & written. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager – Data Science to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful data-driven solutions. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
