SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

Whitehall Resources currently require an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to support a key client.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Implementation :

Design, configure, and implement the SuccessFactors LMS module to meet organizational learning and development needs.

Configuration & Setup :

Configure and manage various aspects of the LMS, including course catalogues, learning assignments, certifications, and user security settings.

Integration Management :

Ensure seamless integration of the SuccessFactors LMS with Employee Central

Reporting & Analytics :

Develop and deliver reports on learning metrics, course completion rates, course assignments, and compliance data to support workforce development.

Documentation & Training :

Create and maintain configuration documentation, and user guides, and provide training to wider SuccessFactors Development and Operations team.

Essential Skills

SAP SuccessFactors LMS Expertise : In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors LMS functionality and best practices.

Business Process Design : Ability to design and guide clients on effective learning process solutions.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in system configuration, integration, and custom report development (e.g., using Plateau Report Designer, Stories).

Collaboration : Strong ability to work effectively with People, training, and technical teams.

Communication : Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical specifications into understandable concepts suitable for discussion with senior business stakeholders.
