Role Overview – VoIP Lead

We are looking for a seasoned VoIP Lead to spearhead our voice communications platform. You will architect, design, and manage scalable VoIP infrastructures, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.

You’ll work with technologies like Asterisk and databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL, while leveraging scripting skills to automate, troubleshoot, and optimize systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of VoIP systems using Asterisk or FreeSWITCH.
• Implement SIP routing and load balancing using Kamailio or OpenSIPS.
• Ensure high availability and scalability of VoIP infrastructure.
• Work with MySQL or PostgreSQL for system configurations and logging.
• Build automation and monitoring tools using Shell, Perl, or Python.
• Troubleshoot call quality issues, latency, and jitter – ensuring crystal-clear communication.
• Collaborate with global DevOps and Infrastructure teams for seamless integrations.
• Drive performance optimization, security hardening, and compliance for voice platforms.
