Role : Zonal Sales Manager
Location : Aurangabad - Maharashtra
01. Role Description : Responsible for leading and directing the sales operations for an entire zone assigned, overseeing a team of Regional Managers, Territory Sales Lead, Market Development Officers and developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve company-wide sales objectives.
02. Qualification : Master's degree in any discipline, preferably Agriculture management.
03. Experience : 15+ years of progressive sales experience in the seed industry with a minimum of 3-5 years as Zonal Marketing Manager / Product Manager or 5 years as RSM. Must be working or worked in Maharashtra with Cotton Seed selling exposure

5. Ensuring robust adherence of business processes and right service levels to customers (both farmers, channel partners and internal customers).
