Responsibilities

- Maintain inventory and ensure the availability of necessary ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute special events and catering services.
- Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
Skills and Qualifications
5-10 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.Proven experience in menu creation and kitchen management.Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and food safety regulations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Creativity and passion for culinary arts.Skills Required
