Job Description

• Provide technical application expertise and support to the sales team on automation and control system applications to help accelerate sales growth and improve opportunity conversion rates.
• Serve as the technical subject matter expert for customers to define and implement the most suitable automation and control solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to identify technical requirements and constraints, and propose solutions that support the adoption of automation and control technologies in their projects or machines.
• Explain and demonstrate the technical advantages and limitations of the proposed automation solutions.
• Offer technical guidance and support to co-engineer customized applications for customers.
• Lead the development of differentiated and innovative automation solutions tailored to customers' machines, projects, and operational needs.
• Engineer and execute application and project conversions, including migrating from competitor solutions to the proposed automation platform.
• Enhance the organization's application knowledge by creating and sharing application guides, function blocks, whitepapers, and success stories.
