Role Overview

We're seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and shape our hotel's dining experience. This pivotal role involves developing the F&B department from the ground up—concept planning, menu design, recruitment, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design innovative F&B outlets and menus aligned with the Merlis brand.
• Develop SOPs to ensure operational efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing F&B team.
• Oversee daily F&B operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Engage with guests, drive feedback initiatives, and curate promotions or events.
• Stay ahead of trends to continuously innovate and elevate offerings.
