A leading ESG SaaS based software company is looking for a driven and proficient ESG Sr. Associate - Product Delivery to join their team. The ideal candidate will have responsibility for covering a business area, developing a deep understanding of the ESG solution, and working with clients / stakeholders in developing / implementing solutions using data that provide value to the business.

Location : Mangalore

Deisgnation : ESG Sr.Associate - Product Delivery

Roles & responsibilities :

• Responsible for overseeing the comprehensive client onboarding process into the SaaS-based ESG Solution. This includes conducting kickoff meetings, gathering requirements, configuring the solution, coordinating with both internal teams and clients, managing data migration and validation, setting up dashboards and reports, conducting internal user acceptance testing, facilitating user onboarding, and providing training and ongoing support.
• Ensure regular and clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project status updates.
• Adhere to turnaround times for deployment and provide frequent status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to product enhancement, issue resolution, and process improvements based on client feedback and internal analysis.
• Support internal training and team development initiatives.
• Assist the Customer Success team in managing post-go-live queries from clients.
• Provide support to the Research & Product team as needed.
• Support the team in delivery and other tasks as required.

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience working in Utility and Product based company

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday
