Job descriptionCreative Storytelling : Translate briefs into compelling scene ideas using only AI tools. Work closely with writers / editors to enhance storytelling through visuals. Tool Mastery : Stay updated on the fast-moving AI landscape. Experiment daily with new video / image / voice tools to maintain cutting-edge skills. Pipeline Building : Help establish scalable AI-first content workflows for multiple clients. Ensure cost-effective use of credits and tools by refining prompts and processes. Problem Solving : Act as a jugaadu creator, when tools glitch, find workarounds. Maintain realism and detail, avoiding uncanny / cheap-looking AI outputs. Proven experience with AI video generation tools. Strong understanding of prompt engineering and workflow efficiency. Pop culture awareness (movies, ads, trends, celebrities). Attention to detail; must be obsessed with realism. Creative mindset with a knack for pushing AI boundaries. A creator who doesn’t just “use AI tools” but knows how to make them work together. Someone who thrives in trend-driven, fast-paced creative environments. A balance of technical expertise + storytelling intuition. Make sure your CV includes a link to your portfolio or previous video work — it’s required for shortlisting. Assignment will be shared in Round 2 of the interview.
