As part of our growth in the region, we are currently seeking a IT SENIOR ENGINEER to join our established office in India, with locations in Gurgaon and Pune.

About the role :

We’re looking for a IT SENIOR ENGINEER to lead our Group’s digital transformation strategy — modernizing systems, improving operational efficiency, and driving a data-driven, agile culture across all business units.

If you have solid experience in digital transformation within Engineering or an EPC / EPF project environments , and you're ready to take full ownership of systems modernization on a global scale, we want to hear from you.

🔍 Your Mission

• Audit current digital tools and platforms (including legacy ERPs and workflows).
• Define and propose a fully integrated and scalable digital ecosystem (ERP, CRM, ECM, etc.).
• Lead the implementation of automation, analytics, and collaborative tech across the organization.
• Foster adoption through change management, training, and cultural alignment.
• Monitor digital KPIs, ROI, and ensure cybersecurity and data integrity.
