Automation & Quality Engineer - Java / Selenium

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
• Perform end-to-end testing including functional, integration, system, and UAT.
• Drive automation-first approaches to reduce manual testing and increase coverage.
• Create and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for multiple platforms.
• Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines for automated testing and reporting.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and advocate best practices in quality engineering.
