Looking for Sr Solutions Architect – Zscaler

Location : Chennai

Experience : 13+ Years

Shift Timings : 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST – US Shift hours

Work Model : Hybrid (2 days WFO at DLF, RamaPuram)

A senior-level Solutions Architect with hands-on expertise in Zscaler’s security platform (ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX, V-ZENS, P-ZENS). The role focuses on designing, implementing, and supporting zero-trust security solutions, ensuring secure and scalable IT network access (on-prem and cloud).

️ Key Responsibilities

  • Zero Trust Security Solutions : Design, build, and support enterprise-level zero-trust access solutions using Zscaler technologies.
  • Implementation & Support : Deploy and maintain ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX, V-ZENS, P-ZENS to meet organizational security needs.
  • Policy Management : Create and maintain ZIA proxy policies (URL filtering, malware / file control).
  • Troubleshooting & SME Role : Act as subject matter expert in resolving network / security access issues; lead outage resolution bridges.
  • Vendor Engagement : Collaborate with Zscaler to resolve complex issues, understand roadmap, and adopt new features.
  • Documentation & Architecture : Maintain solution documentation, as-built diagrams, and architecture patterns for Zscaler implementations.
  • Leadership : Guide project teams, align with enterprise architecture standards, and provide technical leadership.

  • Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA)
  • Zscaler Private Access (ZPA)
  • Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC)
  • Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX)
  • V-ZENS & P-ZENS
  • Zero-Trust Network Security Design
  • Network Security Policy Management (PAC files, URL filtering, Malware / File control)

    • Recommended (Good to Have) :

  • Splunk (Monitoring & SIEM)
  • Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform)
  • SolarWinds (Monitoring)
  • Wireshark (Network analysis / troubleshooting)

    • Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferred certifications : CISSP, ZOCA, ZCCP, ZCTA.
  • Agile methodology familiarity (plus point).

  • Strong technical leadership and ability to influence architecture decisions.
  • Solution-focused, with deep knowledge of network and IT systems.
