JOB DESCRIPTION :

Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker and Qlik tailored for lead generation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and visualization requirements.

Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for Relationship Managers.

Optimize dashboard performance and ensure data accuracy and usability.

Conduct user testing and iterate based on feedback to improve dashboard effectiveness.

Document dashboard logic and provide training / support to end users.

Required Skills :

Proficiency in Looker (LookML) and Qlik Sense / QlikView.

Strong SQL skills and understanding of data warehousing concepts.

Experience in designing sales or CRM dashboards.

Ability to create user-friendly, interactive visualizations.

Knowledge of data storytelling, UX principles, and business metrics.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
