We are building a next-generation financial technology platform from the ground up. As our Founding Engineer, you will be the architect and primary builder of our core product, focusing on backend scalability, security, and robust DevOps . You will own the entire technical infrastructure, ensuring a seamless experience for both our Next.js web application and future mobile clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OWNERSHIP

Backend & Infrastructure (Core Focus)

• Design, architect, and deploy highly scalable and secure APIs and microservices using Node.js / TypeScript and Python .
• Own the entire DevOps pipeline : Implement and maintain robust CI / CD workflows, containerization ( Docker / Kubernetes ), and cloud deployment on AWS / GCP / Azure .
• Utilize Python for complex scripting, automation, and data processing utilities.
• Architect data models and optimize NoSQL / SQL databases for high-volume, real-time financial transactions.
• Integrate securely with critical external systems, including banking APIs and payment processors.
• Implement comprehensive observability, monitoring, and logging solutions.
