The Role
We are hiring a
serious HR Manager
with
5+ years of hands-on experience
to
build and scale the HR function
for a fast-growing
D2C, design-led, retail and consumer business .
Please note :
This is not a maintenance role.
This is a
builder role .
You will work directly with the founders to create hiring systems, performance frameworks, people processes, and a strong culture that can scale.
What You Will Own
End-to-end
HR operations and people strategy
Hiring and team building
for key and leadership roles across design, retail, marketing, operations, and corporate teams
Creating and improving
HR systems
— policies, performance reviews, appraisals, feedback, exits, and compliance
Workforce planning and organisational structuring in a scaling company
Partnering with founders on
people decisions, culture, and long-term talent strategy
Ensuring discipline, clarity, accountability, and professional HR hygiene across the organisation
Who We Are Looking For
5+ years of HR experience
in D2C, retail, startup, design-led or consumer businesses in India
Proven experience
scaling teams and building HR processes from scratch or early stages
Strong understanding of
creative teams, retail operations, and fast-paced consumer environments
Comfortable being both
strategic and hands-on
Mature, grounded, firm, and empathetic — someone who treats HR as a
core business function
Someone ready to
step up from Manager to a senior leadership role , with long-term ownership mindset
