Designation - Personal Secretary
Gender - MALES ONLY
Budget - 60-65k upto
Location - Mumbai (Maharashtra)
Core responsibilities
Calendar and Schedule Management : Maintain and manage the MD's complex schedule, schedule appointments, and prevent double-booking.
Meeting Coordination : Organize and coordinate meetings, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Travel Arrangement : Arrange and book all travel, including flights, hotels, and visas, for the MD and potentially other staff.
Correspondence and Communication : Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and phone, acting as a liaison between the MD and internal departments or external stakeholders.
Document Preparation : Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Administrative Support : Perform various administrative tasks, such as managing contact databases, maintaining files, and conducting research for the MD.
Confidentiality : Handle all company and personal information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Key skills and qualifications
Skills :
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills and Shorthand is required
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proactive and able to work independently
Qualifications :
A Bachelor's degree is often preferred.
Previous experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours is sometimes required.
