Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Citrix software and infrastructure, including expertise in PVS and MCS technologies. The candidate will be responsible for administering and maintaining our Citrix cloud environment, as well as supporting our cloud-based solutions on the Azure platform. The Citrix Administrator will also provide technical support to end-users and ensure high availability and optimal performance of Citrix systems. The administrator will work closely with our IT infrastructure and operations teams to ensure the successful deployment, maintenance, and management of Citrix cloud and Azure solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Administer and maintain our Citrix cloud environment, ensuring its smooth operation.
• Provide technical expertise in Citrix cloud technologies, including Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Service, Citrix Gateway Service, and Citrix Cloud Connector.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Citrix virtualization infrastructure.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Citrix cloud solutions on the Azure platform.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and availability of Citrix cloud and Azure solutions.
• Install, configure, and maintain Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and related components.
• Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues related to Citrix applications.
• Manage Citrix policies, user profiles, and application delivery.
• Create and maintain documentation related to Citrix infrastructure, policies, and procedures.
• Manage Citrix PVS and MCS technologies, including image creation, deployment, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Citrix environments with other systems.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for Citrix environments.
• Stay up to date with Citrix releases and patches and apply them as necessary.
• Develop and implement best practices for Citrix environments and applications.
