Job Title : Application Lead SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)

We are seeking an experienced Application Lead with strong expertise in SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) to lead the design, build, and configuration of enterprise applications. As the primary point of contact, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, oversee development, and provide strategic guidance to ensure delivery of high-quality solutions. This role requires a strong leader who can balance technical depth with team management, problem-solving, and innovation to align business needs with technical outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP MDG and related application areas.
• Lead, manage, and mentor a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and delivery outcomes.
• Drive the design, build, and configuration of applications, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, contributing to key strategic and technical decisions.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex business and technical problems across teams.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to build team capabilities and promote continuous learning.
• Monitor and manage project progress, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to quality standards.
