Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a project manager or leader, preferably in a software / tech environment. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams. Proficient in project management tools (Jira, Asana, MS Project, Trello). Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail. Experience in mobile / web product development, SaaS, or digital projects. PMP / Agile / Scrum certification. Exposure to client-facing or vendor coordination roles.

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Plan and allocate resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor project performance (KPIs, milestones, risks) and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Communicate project status, issues, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, design, QA, marketing) to execute project tasks.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, assess impact and realign resources.
- Ensure quality, client satisfaction, and adherence to project goals.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-mortem reviews.
