Role : Sports Agent

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sports Agent to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will represent professional football players, manage key relationships, and guide athletes in making impactful career decisions.

What You’ll Do :

🔹 Represent athletes in contract negotiations and professional engagements

🔹 Build and maintain strong client relationships

🔹 Analyze teams and player opportunities in top-level European football

🔹 Provide strategic career advice and growth planning

🔹 Collaborate with clubs, agencies, and team stakeholders

🔹 Ensure high client satisfaction and professional service delivery

What We’re Looking For :

• Strong understanding of football and sports management
• Excellent negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in sales, client servicing, or athlete representation
• Leadership and collaboration abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in sports or talent representation is a plus
