L&T PES IC is seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic business development and marketing initiatives in the Electronics domain.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Candidates with prior service in the Air Force ( i.e. Sqn Ldr,) with minimum 8 years

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics / Communication Engineering; MBA / PGDM in Strategy, Marketing, or Defence Management is desirable

Key Responsibilities :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities

Engage with key stakeholders in associated industry

Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with operational requirements
