Expectations from the Role

1) Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-scale data solutions on Microsoft Fabric.

2) Define end-to-end data strategy including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Real-Time Analytics, and OneLake integration

3) Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable, cost-optimized Fabric solutions.

4) Implement data models, partitions, and performance tuning in Fabric and Synapse.

5) Stay ahead of emerging Fabric and Azure capabilities and define best practices.
