About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Manager with a strong jewellery background and exceptional client-handling skills to drive sales both in-store and beyond .
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales operations across store and external activities such as exhibitions, home visits, and private events
- Manage the end-to-end jewellery sales cycle — from client acquisition and design selection to closing and post-sale relationship management
- Convert online and social media leads into walk-ins and sales; guide digital inquiries to the store purchase funnel
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional brand experience
- Independently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets at both store and group levels
Requirements
5+ years of jewellery retail experience (brands like Tanishq, PMJ, Orra, Bluestone, etc. preferred)Proven ability to build and retain high-value clientsStrong communication skills in English, Hindi & TeluguComfortable using POS / ERP systems and managing CRM toolsWhy Join Us
