Senior Quantity Surveyor – Interiors
Location : Hyderabad | Department : PMO Team | Reporting To : Head – PMO
Role Summary
Responsible for cost estimation, BOQ preparation, tendering, and cost control for high-end interior works (luxury clubhouse, corporate office, and premium finishes).
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates for luxury interior works (flooring, wall finishes, joinery, millwork, false ceilings, furniture).
- Analyze rates for premium materials and finishes.
- Collaborate with architects and interior designers for specification validation.
- Prepare tender packages and manage vendor negotiations.
- Verify vendor bills and ensure cost compliance.
- Track project cost vs. approved budget and report variances.
- Implement value engineering without compromising luxury quality.
- Provide monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts.
