We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Recruitment, HR Operations, Policy Implementation, Compliance, and Office Administration . Prior experience in the Electrical / Electronics industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding .
- Develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower and hiring needs .
2. HR Operations
Maintain and manage employee records, attendance, HR documentation, and HRMS data .Oversee employee engagement activities , grievance handling, and conflict resolution.Manage performance evaluation processes , KRAs / KPIs, and assist in designing appraisal systems.3. Policy Implementation
Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs .Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).Effectively communicate company policies across departments to ensure adherence.4. Administration
Handle office administration , vendor coordination, facility management, and procurement.Ensure smooth functioning of daily operational activities.Provide administrative support for planning, reporting, and coordination tasks.5. Additional Responsibilities
Support payroll processing and salary coordination (if required).Coordinate training and development programmes for staff.Contribute to organisational development, employee welfare, and culture-building initiatives .Role :
