We are looking for a hard-working, competent, and organized individual from Biotech Background to join our team as a Product Support Specialist in Delhi. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and discovering new leads, suggesting improvements to processes, and assisting the team.
Job description
- Prepare and send quotations using software / Excel; update pricing based on product value, category, and management-defined margins.
- Maintain a quotation database, ensure timely follow-ups, and communicate effectively with customers.
- Identify new prospects in the market and expand the company’s customer base as well as product portfolio.
- Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure accurate product listings, datasheets, and pricing.
- Prepare purchase orders
- Prepare all necessary documents for tenders, annual rate contracts, and customs clearance.
- Plan and execute scientific marketing activities, workshops, technical meetings, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including training and discussions with clients.
Education and Skills
Master’s degree in Biotechnology.Experience preferred.. Strong theoretical knowledge of science and biotechnology.Experience with MS Office.Basic Mathematics skills required.Having the ability to work under deadlines.Ability to prioritize assigned workload.Ability to manage time effectively, to prioritize and complete tasks requiredGood communication skills, telephone manners, and toneEmployment Type : Full-time (10 : 00 Am to 6 : 00 PM)
