Procurement Manager

Circle is a boutique 10-room hotel in Anjuna with a natural pool, padel court, bar, and a small F&B operation. We’re looking for someone experienced who can own procurement and basic accounting entries with accuracy and consistency.

Role : Procurement Executive

Location : Anjuna, North Goa

Compensation : Competitive salary + accommodation and staff meals provided

Key Responsibilities :

– Daily purchasing of F&B, housekeeping, and operational supplies

– Managing vendor relationships and negotiating rates

– Coordinating deliveries and verifying quality / quantity

– Maintaining purchase logs and stock records

– Entering purchase bills and expenses into accounting software

– Working closely with accounts for reconciliations and month-end checks

– Ensuring compliance with internal SOPs (purchase → GRN → bill entry → payment request)

Requirements :

– Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in hotel / restaurant procurement

– Solid understanding of purchase cycles, stock, and vendor management

– Comfortable with basic accounting entries (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks or similar)

– Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

– Goa-based or willing to relocate
