The Opportunity :

We are looking for a strategic design leader who wants to lead a high-performance team while remaining a hands-on master of their craft.

• You will take complete ownership of the user experience for our AI Agents Platform. You won't just receive requirements;

you will shape them. You will be a key strategic partner to Engineering and Product leadership, entrusted to make critical product decisions, clear roadblocks, and drive the vision from concept to code.

This is your chance to lead the design for a complex, logic-based, and AI-native product. If you love taming complexity, mentoring talent, and having the autonomy to unblock teams and ship world-class software, this role is for you.
