Business Development Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Manager Health Agency, located in Kottayam. The Business Development Manager will focus on driving sales and business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business targets. The role also entails implementing strategic initiatives to expand market presence and achieve organizational objectives.

• Proficiency in using CRM tools and other business software
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in business development or sales within insurance or a related industry is preferred
