Job Title : ServiceNow Developer

Work Location : Bengaluru

Work Experience : 3-6 years

Work mode : 5 days WFO

Job Responsibilities

Monitor and manage the incident work queue.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping implementations.

Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITOM development and configuration.

Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and optimize ITOM solutions.

Experience working with API integrations, Flow Designer, Catalog Item creation, Custom Applications, Platform Health & Security, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and Mobile.

Job Requirements

In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM offerings, with the ability to guide customers through requirement gathering and implementation of ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and REST API integrations.

Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture.

Familiarity with ITOM processes and best practices.
