Designation : Videographer

About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and resourceful Videographer to conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality videos that communicate campaign messages powerfully and authentically. The role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise, with the ability to document real-world stories and produce engaging content across platforms — from social media clips to longer-form narratives.

Years of Experience Required : 2–3 years

Type : Work from Office (Mohali / Chandigarh)

Language & Cultural Requirement :

The candidate must have a strong understanding of Punjabi culture, local idioms, and socio-political nuances to ensure videos resonate deeply with regional audiences. Proficiency in Hindi and English is also essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Content Production & Storytelling

  • Conceptualize and produce engaging video content for social media, digital, and offline campaign use.
  • Handle all aspects of video production — including planning, lighting, shooting, sound recording, and editing.
  • Collaborate with the creative, copy, and strategy teams to develop strong visual narratives aligned with campaign goals.

On-ground Documentation

  • Capture on-ground campaign activities, events, and testimonials to reflect authentic, local perspectives.
  • Adapt filming style to suit different formats (short-form, interviews, documentaries, reels, etc.).

    • Editing & Post-production

  • Edit raw footage into compelling, polished videos optimized for various channels.
  • Maintain organized footage libraries for easy retrieval and future use.

    • Technical & Operational Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
  • Stay updated on new video production trends, techniques, and tools to elevate campaign output.

    • Core Competencies :

  • Strong command over camera handling, framing, and lighting for diverse environments.
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Understanding of pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling in video.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability to dynamic on-ground and field environments.

    • Note : This is a contractual position (12 months).
