Job description : Opportunity :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GCP Cloud Architect to join our dynamic technology team.

You will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing our Google Cloud Platform (GCP) infrastructure, with a primary focus on building a robust and scalable Data Lake in BigQuery.

You will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our cloud environment, supporting critical healthcare data initiatives.

This role requires strong technical expertise in GCP, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for leveraging cloud technologies to drive impactful solutions within the healthcare domain.

Responsibilities :

Cloud Architecture & Design :

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and cost-effective GCP solutions, with a strong emphasis on BigQuery for our Data Lake.
• Define and implement best GCP infrastructure management, security, networking, and data governance practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural diagrams, documentation, and standards.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and application development teams to understand their requirements and translate them into robust cloud solutions.
• Evaluate and recommend new GCP services and technologies to optimize our cloud environment.
• Understand and implement the fundamentals of GCP, including resource hierarchy, projects, organizations, and billing.
