• Rel Exp : min 1 -2 yrs (SPM Module)
• Design, develop, and implement solutions in the ServiceNow SPM module, aligning with business requirements.
• Configure core components of SPM, including : Demand Management Project & Program Management Resource Management Portfolio Management Innovation Management (optional) Integrate SPM with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, APM).
• Customize dashboards, reports, and performance analytics for SPM-related data.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Provide support for post-implementation enhancements and issue resolution. Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and IT governance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including PMO, business analysts, and architects.
