Key Responsibilities :
- Create engaging content (posts, reels, and stories) for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter) .
- Assist in planning and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Promote job openings, employer branding posts, and career-related content on social platforms.
- Research and suggest trending topics, hashtags, and formats relevant to recruitment and job seekers.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually appealing posts.
- Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistent brand voice across all channels.
- Track engagement metrics, analyze performance, and share insights for improvement.
- Interact with followers, respond to DMs / comments, and foster community engagement.
Requirements :
Any GraduatePassion for social media, content creation, and digital branding.Basic knowledge of social media tools (Canva, CapCut)Strong communication and storytelling skills.Creative mindset and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Skills Required
