Roles / Responsibilities :

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for the following :

• Identify and target potential customers from the specified target companies and geography.
• Research and analyse market trends and competition to identify potential sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound sales outreach via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Qualify leads through consultative conversations to assess their needs and potential fit with our solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong network within the SMB / Enterprise market segment.
• Position CompUp effectively to win with clients in pursuit of best-in-class Compensation Management technology.
• Assist in creating sales strategies and developing a robust pipeline of leads for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
• Provide timely and accurate sales information to management for reporting purposes.
• Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities and progress.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent pre-sales support and addressing customer inquiries.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
