Salesforce Platform Architect

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Salesforce Solution Architect to design and guide the implementation of scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across business and technical teams to understand requirements, define architecture, and lead delivery efforts that align with enterprise goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect End-to-End Salesforce Solutions that meet business needs, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and other Salesforce platforms.
• Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices.
• Lead design sessions , technical workshops , and requirements gathering with stakeholders and development teams.
• Define data models, integration patterns , and security architecture within the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, including code quality, data governance, DevOps, and change management.
• Serve as the technical lead and mentor for Salesforce developers, admins, and analysts.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, business analysts, and external vendors to align Salesforce architecture with enterprise systems.
• Evaluate and recommend third-party tools , AppExchange solutions , and custom development as needed.
• Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation .
• Support project estimation, scoping, and planning activities.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
