Role Purpose :
Build and scale the Education & Skilling Partnerships motion (universities, training institutes, skilling providers). Stand up a predictable partner-acquisition engine and deliver revenue via high-quality onboarding and co-marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Craft annual & quarterly GTM for partner acquisition (ABM, events, outreach, content).
2) Own the MQL- SQL- Opportunity- Revenue funnel; set targets & coverage ratios.
3) Lead / coach pre-sales / BDR teams (scripts, cadences, quality audits, CRM hygiene).
4) Run co-marketing with partners (webinars, showcases, placement stories) to drive demand.
5) Coordinate with Delivery / Admissions for smooth onboarding and revenue realization.
6) Publish weekly dashboards; continuously improve CAC, payback, and partner retention.
Qualification Required :
1) Minimum 8 years experience EdTech or institutional B2B sales
2) Strong knowledge of India's education and skilling ecosystem
3) Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
4) MBA / PG in Business or Education Management
