For an international project in Chennai, we are urgently looking for a Full Remote Senior Scrum Master with Project management experience.

We are looking for a motivated contractor. Candidates need to be fluent in English.

Tasks and responsibilities :

Project Management;
Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;
Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress;
Monitor the team's progress and ensure alignment with project goals;
Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics;

Profile :

Bachelor or Master degree;

Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;

5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) :

Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;

Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;

Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;

Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;

Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;

Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;

Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;

Fluent in English;
