Key Responsibilities :

Provide strategic and technical leadership for the engineering organization focused on cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation.

Lead design, development, deployment, and scaling of the Cloud Cloning platform using Go and cloud-native tooling.

Own the technical roadmap, working closely with product management and executive leadership to deliver scalable and reliable cloud solutions.

Build and mentor a high-performing, agile engineering team with a quality, and continuous improvement.

Oversee DevOps automation, CI / CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and cloud operations across public and multi-cloud environments.

Ensure system security, compliance, and operational resilience.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer success to align development efforts with customer needs and market trends.

Drive engineering best practices such as code reviews, testing, monitoring, and incident response.

Manage budgets, resource planning, hiring, and vendor relationships.

Required Qualifications :

Proven leadership experience as VP of Engineering, Director of Engineering, or similar, with hands-on expertise in Go programming.

Deep knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud infrastructure technologies.

Good to have in DevOps practices including automation, CI / CD, containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).

Experience building and scaling cloud-native products and distributed systems.

Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and team-building skills.

Proven ability to mentor and inspire engineering teams.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
