Job descriptionAonxi AI Notetaker : Think Fathom, Fireflies, Otter - but custom-built, embedded into both VoIP (Zoom, Meet, RingCentral) and mobile / telephony calls (Twilio + device-level capture). Cross-platform Call Capture SDKs (web, mobile, VoIP, RingCentral, Twilio) Real-time ASR + Speaker Diarization (AWS Transcribe, Deepgram, Whisper, custom STT) Private LLM Agent Deployment (1 per business, Pinecone / RAG / fine-tuned GPTs) Signal-to-Action Loop : Every call transcript feeds into content, ads, CRM triggers, and credit scoring. Real-Time Audio Processing : WebRTC, Twilio, Agora, Deepgram, Vonage ASR & Transcription Engines : OpenAI Whisper, AWS Transcribe, AssemblyAI Language Models : OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, LLaMA2, LoRA fine-tuning Vector DBs & RAG : Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB Backend Systems : Python, FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, S3 Infra : AWS, GCP, Docker, Terraform, Lambda, K8s Secure mobile call ingestion (Android / iOS native or VoIP SDKs) Data Privacy + Encryption (HIPAA, SOC2, TLS, end-to-end encryption) Shipped an AI voice product (e.g., notetaker, bot, voice agent, etc.) Built real-time transcription systems for Zoom, Meet, or phone calls Architected private AI agents or models trained on domain-specific data Worked in small founding teams or have the grit to work cross-stack Bonus : You’ve dealt with mobile OS limitations for live call recording on Android / iOS Be the founding brain behind a real-time agent that gets used in thousands of business calls every day Your code doesn’t just transcribe - it funds the user’s business (credit limits increase with conversion) Work directly with the CEO, Head of AI, and product team to shape the future of how AI listens, learns, and grows businesses Massive equity and career upside (we’re employee-owned, and already closing 8+ lead contracts weekly) Ship the MVP of the Aonxi Notetaker that : Joins Zoom / Meet / RingCentral calls automatically Captures mobile calls (device or cloud-based) with transcription Pushes transcripts into the private AI Brain for indexing Build the transcription → scoring → content → credit pipeline Start capturing 1,000+ hours of calls / month by Month 3 Help us scale to 100,000+ transcribed leads powering millions in credit flow Founding Staff AI Engineer - Call Intelligence & Revenue Systems Applied AI Architect - Voice & LLM Infrastructure AI Pod Lead - Real-Time Transcription & LLM Agents Tech Lead - Embedded AI Revenue Agents Base : Survival-Level Equity : Founding-level Bonus : Performance-based revenue share (per transcription milestone) Remote first, async culture, with offsites in India & U.S.
