Position Overview :

We are looking for a Senior AEM Architect who brings deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and strong leadership skills to architect and deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, a must-have skill, and strong exposure to integrating AEM with enterprise systems like CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms.

This role will be pivotal in designing and deploying customer-centric digital experiences and will involve working closely with stakeholders including clients, developers, system administrators, and business analysts.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture : Design and implement high-performance web content management solutions using Adobe AEM, aligned with client business needs and technology goals.

Workfront Fusion Integration (Mandatory) : Must have hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion, including building and maintaining integrations with AEM and other platforms.

Platform Integration : Lead the integration of AEM with CRM systems, Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and eCommerce solutions to provide seamless digital experiences.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Translate complex business requirements into technical workflows and detailed architecture plans. Work directly with stakeholders to ensure delivery success.

Infrastructure Planning : Evaluate existing infrastructure for performance and scalability. Plan capacity for future needs. Conduct impact analysis and infrastructure assessments based on project needs.

Non-Functional Requirements : Define and ensure adherence to non-functional requirements such as Availability, Performance, Scalability, Backup, Redundancy, and Security.

Leadership & Mentorship : Guide and mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in architecture, development, and deployment. Provide thought leadership and direction throughout the development lifecycle.

Proof of Concepts (PoCs) & Demos : Lead technical demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects for clients to showcase capabilities and implementation strategy.

Core Mandatory Skills :

• Adobe Workfront Fusion Must have strong, hands-on experience
• Adobe AEM / AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
• Integration of AEM with CRM, DAM, and eCommerce platforms
• Deep understanding of AEM architecture and deployment strategies
• Experience with multi-site, multi-channel content delivery and personalization
• Automated workflow management and multilingual content support
• Web development expertise : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, JSP
• Java / J2EE technologies : Servlets, JSP, Tag Libraries, JSTL
• Frameworks : Spring, Hibernate
• RESTful Web Services
• Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, JCR, CRX
• CMS frameworks and standards : JSR-170, JSR-283, JSR-168, JSR-286
