Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, including marketing, merchandising, operations, and customer service teams.
Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and testable user stories and functional specifications for the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform.
Develop a deep understanding of the Salesforce B2C Commerce platform, its capabilities, and limitations.
Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects) to design and implement solutions that meet business needs and align with platform best practices.
Configure and customize the Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager to support business requirements.
Create and maintain process flows, data models, and other relevant documentation.
Participate in testing efforts, including developing test plans and test cases, and ensuring the quality of implemented solutions.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Identify and analyze potential risks and issues and propose solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce B2C Commerce features and industry trends.
Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce B2C Commerce functionalities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce processes and systems.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on e-commerce.
Proven experience working with the Salesforce B2C Commerce (formerly Demandware) platform.
Strong understanding of e-commerce principles, customer journeys, and online retail operations.
Experience with Salesforce B2C Commerce Business Manager and its various modules (e.g., catalog, promotions, pricing, content management, ordering).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Familiarity with integration concepts and experience working with integrated systems is a plus.
Preferred Skills :
Experience with other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Experience with A / B testing and personalization strategies.
Understanding of SEO best practices for e-commerce.
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
