We are seeking an experienced Immigration Counselor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will assist clients in navigating the immigration process, providing them with expert advice and support to ensure a smooth transition for their relocation or travel needs.

Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance on immigration processes and procedures to clients seeking to relocate or travel abroad.
Assist clients in completing visa applications and ensure all required documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
Conduct consultations to assess clients' immigration needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and changes to provide accurate information to clients.
Maintain client records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Follow up with clients regarding their applications and provide timely updates on their status.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in immigration counseling or a related field.

Strong knowledge of immigration laws and procedures in India and internationally.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and authorities.

Proficiency in handling visa applications and related documentation.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client concerns and resolve issues.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in document preparation and submission.
