Job Summary
The Freight Forwarding Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategic business plans, and driving revenue growth across all freight forwarding services (air, ocean, and land). This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on business development to expand market share, strengthen client relationships, and ensure profitability.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
Experience :
5–10 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry , with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role .
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets.
Strong understanding of international shipping, Incoterms, customs regulations, and logistics operations.
Skills & Competencies :
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
Strategic thinker with hands-on business development capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and reporting tools.
Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus).
