About the Role :

Were seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex lending projects from initiation to go-live. This role requires a strong grasp of lending domain processes, exceptional stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams for timely, high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who can manage multiple client implementations, align business and technical teams, and ensure projects meet regulatory, operational, and customer expectations.

What Youll Do :

Plan, execute, and deliver lending-related projects (LMS implementations, integrations, and custom solutions) within defined timelines and budgets.
Serve as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity on project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, compliance, and integrations teams to ensure smooth execution.
Track progress against milestones, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues.
Coordinate with external partners (NBFCs, TSPs, Banks, LSPs) for requirement gathering, testing, and go-live readiness.
Maintain detailed project documentation, status reports, and communication with stakeholders.
Ensure delivery aligns with regulatory compliance and operational best practices.
Facilitate UAT and client training sessions before deployment.

Requirements :

Mandatory : Proven experience as a Project Manager in the lending domain (NBFC, Bank, LSP, or TSP).

Solid understanding of loan lifecycle processesfrom onboarding and disbursement to collections, NPA management, and restructuring.

Demonstrated success delivering SaaS or fintech implementation projects end-to-end.

Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.

Experience in managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or equivalent).
