Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Revenue Manager to drive pricing, forecasting, and distribution across multiple Z Hotels nationwide. This central role works closely with sales, marketing, and operations to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead revenue strategy and pricing for multiple hotels.
  • Forecast and analyze performance to meet revenue goals.
  • Manage OTA partnerships (MMT, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) and ensure rate parity.
  • Drive direct bookings through brand and corporate channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and promotions.
  • Publish regular performance dashboards for leadership.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years in hotel revenue management, including multi-property experience.
  • Exposure to brands like Lemon Tree, Treebo, Bloom, or Sarovar preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of OTAs, RMS, and tools like RateGain, STAAH, AxisRooms, etc.
  • Proficient in Excel, data analytics, and stakeholder communication.
  • Degree in Hotel Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
