Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an English TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) based in Bilaspur. The teacher will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering English lessons to students according to the curriculum. Additional duties include assessing student progress, maintaining classroom discipline, fostering communication skills, and creating an engaging learning environment. Collaboration with other teachers and participation in training sessions and school activities will also be required.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in English Teaching and a passion for educating students effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills to foster student engagement and collaboration.
• Abilities in Translation and Training, ensuring clear and comprehensible communication to diverse learners.
• Customer Service skills to build positive relationships with parents and the school community.
• A Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
• Teaching certification or relevant professional training is preferred.
• Ability to motivate students and adapt teaching methods to varying educational needs.
• Experience in a school setting or prior teaching experience is an advantage.
