Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 year of accounting experience specifically within the real estate industry. Proficiency with US / UK accounting software is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting : - Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Accounts Payable / Receivable : - Manage all aspects of accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and payments.
• Budgeting and Forecasting : - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing insights to support financial planning.
• General Ledger Maintenance : - Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Compliance : - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the real estate industry.
• Property Management Support : - Collaborate with property management teams to provide financial insights and support for property operations.
• Software Utilization : - Effectively use US / UK accounting software to manage financial data and generate reports.
